What should I review before approving a customized order preview?

Keep the approved version with the relevant order record. Identify the exact revision when several previews have been supplied.

What should I check if a product's displayed price has changed?

Do not add unnecessary products solely to recover a promotional amount. If a quote has a validity period, check it before relying on the quoted amount.

What should I check when renewing an expired quotation?

Ask which quotation reference should appear in your acceptance. Check whether the intended recipient or purchaser details remain correct.
